STPP (Sodium Tripolyphosphate) is an inorganic phosphate compound widely used as a builder, water softener, dispersing agent and cleaning aid in detergent and industrial formulations. It helps bind calcium and magnesium ions in hard water, improving detergency, soil suspension, cleaning efficiency and formulation performance. STPP is commonly used in powder detergents, liquid cleaning products, water treatment, ceramics, food processing and other industrial applications, with food-grade material subject to applicable food regulations.
