Solvent Blue 36 is an oil-soluble solvent dye that produces a strong blue colour in non-aqueous and hydrocarbon-based systems. It is commonly used for colouring bar soaps, solvents, oils, waxes, fuels, lubricants, plastics, polishes and other industrial formulations where good solubility and colour strength are required. In bar soap manufacturing, it can be used to achieve attractive blue shades when properly incorporated into the soap base. Colour Index: Solvent Blue 36; CAS: 14233-37-5.
