Peppermint Essential Oil is a natural aromatic oil typically obtained by steam distillation of the leaves and flowering tops of Mentha piperita. It has a fresh, intense minty aroma with a characteristic cooling sensation, largely associated with its menthol content. It is widely used in soaps, shampoos, shower gels, creams, massage oils, balms, toothpaste, fragrances, candles and aromatherapy products. INCI: Mentha Piperita (Peppermint) Oil; CAS: 8006-90-4.
